If the Diet is to High in Carbohydrates
Diets high in carbohydrates are wrong, they make it so you are in a constant state of hunger and upset the hormone balance by interfering with the balance of insulin and cause the insulin to constantly rise and fall. Sometimes, if you can take it the addition of soy in the diet in moderate amounts is helpful. Soy is a low fat source of protein and can be purchased at any grocery store and does not have the hormones found in meat. There are a lot of soy products on the market today so you have a nice choice.
Exercise
Exercise is important to balance out your hormone system. It helps to keep you from having unhealthy surges of harmful hormones. Yoga is an excellent choice of exercise and is relaxing to boot.
