Exercising To Promote Healthy, Fuller Breasts

Every adolescent girl hears a rumor at some point that if you move your arms in a certain way it will help to increase your bust size. Many young girls are naïve and willing to do whatever it takes to achieve fuller and bigger breasts. 

Are they more than rumors and adolescent fairy tales? Are there real exercises that will increase your bust?  Although there are no reports of any women actually increasing their cup or bust by exercising, it is a great way to have perkier, fuller, and better shaped breasts.

Even though breasts are made up of fatty tissue, the pectoral muscles can be worked on to keep your breasts in better shape which will make them more attractive no matter what size they are.  Increasing your bust size with exercise is something that will probably not happen but when you have well toned pectorals it will physically make your breasts look bigger.

Men work on their chest to make it look bigger and the main muscle that is aimed at in most men’s chest exercises are the pectoral muscles. There is no harm in trying this method because no matter what the outcome you are promoting good health for your body and breasts.

Targeted Chest Flies

This is aimed right at the core of your pectoral muscles and you do not need to lift a lot of weight.  This can be done with free weights, on a machine, on the floor, standing up, or however feel comfortable.  Take weights that are two or three pounds and hold them straight out from your body perpendicular with your chest, then rep them out to the side of your body in small movements until you feel the muscle working on the sides of your breasts.   Simple easy reps and you will work the muscles to make your breasts have a bigger look.

This technique is perfect for anyone that sits in front a computer all day.  Put your palms together and squeeze your bust muscles together.  This will feel natural and you can feel the pressure on your muscles to know if you are doing it right. 

Many techniques have been formulated and this is a great way to keep your muscles tone and keep your breast naturally perky and firm no matter what size your breasts are.  After all, if you have nice shape, full, and very perky breasts what more could you ask for?
