Exercise Your Way To Bigger Bust

It could be said that the media have nigh on encouraged the female population into the desire of obtaining a bigger better bust. There has been so much information bandied about regarding the benefits of a bigger bust that is probably created a placebo effect.  Sure there is no denying that women with underdeveloped breast will have suffered from self confidence issues. Alas other women, even those ample sized busts have used this as an excuse to seek the treatment. However, the surgical route has now been exposed as fraught with danger, and the other herbal supplements have had various and little exposure. So is there a better healthier way to promote good breast shape, size and texture?

It would be a falsehood to claim that by exercising you obtain bigger breasts. It is just impossible, despite what fitness guru’s might want you to believe.  The breast is just not a part of the body that can be exercised. Their consistencies are no conducive to exercise. What is possible is to exercise the muscles upon which the breasts rests, this will maintain posture and the resulting influence will produce firm and shapely bust.

Not ideal but certainly a better bet than supplements, and a safe option to surgery, and you keep fit the same time.  

Now to start with you should try simple push ups. Anyone can do push ups in any little space. So there is no excuse for not being able to do them. They are a simple exercise where you lay flat on your stomach and raise the body off of the floor with your arms. Now at first it will be difficult and your body will sag, but after a while your strength will flow through the muscles and you will find them easy.

Now move on to arms lifts. No you do not need weights; you can do these with any household item that is decent size. Lie down on your back with the arms spread wide.  Slowly raise the arms to meet in the middle. Simple yes!

Chest presses are a little harder to do at first but this simply because you are using muscles that you haven’t worked for a while. Be patient, all will come good. Laying flat on your back raise your arms of off the floor. Bring your elbows to the side of your body and bend the elbow back until the weight you are holding touches your ears. It may be difficult at first hut this exercise has great effect. 

Do these in sets of ten three times a day and a difference should be noticeable in days.
