There are many forms of treatments that are available now for those interested in bust enhancement. Some are tried and tested, others new and revolutionary, one thing is sure and that is there is a great deal of information available so the decision is not exactly straight forward.

However, one needs to consider in the cold light of day what is on offer the ramifications and the general availability. One also needs to consider why breast enhancement is desired, is this purely a cosmetic decision, following in the footsteps of the latest trends, or are there genuine medical reasons like self confidence problems due to under development. These matters do count as it will affect your life in a great way.

First and foremost is the best known option that is available and that is surgery. The surgical option was long touted as the only option available to women that sought a bigger bust. The results were pretty obvious to see but so were the side effects.  Women have suffered terribly because of poor surgery and inept processes. These side effects could be long term but no one really knows as yet. Then there is the cost, these surgeries can cost thousands of pounds.

Then there are tablet supplements. A relatively new innovation, the tablets are herbal in origin and describe themselves as a natural remedy to bust under development.  The tablets work in the manner of increasing the biological essence of the body into increasing the production of breast tissue. They are to be taken on recommended dosages over a period of time. There are no known side effects and they are a relatively cheap alternative to the costly surgery.  

On a similar theme is the breast creams. Made from the same ingredients as the tablets, the mixture has been utilised into a cream for easy application and in target of those that do not like the stigma of taking tablets. These creams are applied to the underside of the breast and naturally absorb into the system. They also stimulate growth of tissue but are more targeted in the breast area which also gives the skin a much firmer and glossy texture. They are marginally more expensive than the supplement but still far cheaper than the surgical option.

These three options are now the most commonly used methods of direct enhancement, there are the physical exercise routines, but these have been proven to tone rather then enhance the bust.
